Shipping policy
All skincare orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the perishable nature of the health range (Digestive, Wellbeing, Immune) these will only be shipped on Monday through to Wednesday and is dependent on final destination. Regional orders will only be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday. If you have a combination order (ie both health and skincare) these will be dispatched together as per the health range. If a public holiday falls on the week of your order, dispatch will be timed to ensure the shortest delivery time.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping within Australia. Free shipping will automatically apply for orders over $99.
In-store pickup
Free local pickup is available by prior arrangement. 24 hours is required to process local pickup orders unless otherwise agreed and must be collected between 10am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer International Shipping
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@biomiq.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
It is recommended for our Health range that P.O. boxes are not used unless checked daily.
