Returns and Shipping

Please note that our shipping currently only services domestic (Australian) addresses. Please provide full addresses rather than PO boxes. 

 

 

Returns


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after date of delivery to request a return on eligible items.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging and unused.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Change of mind returns shipping costs will be at your expense. Where a free gift has been received with the order, this will also need to be returned in its original state, unopened and unused.

 

Due to the perishable nature of our Live Biotherapeutic powder product range no change of mind returns will be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Following contacting us, you will need to return the product within 14 days, on receipt of the returned items your refund will be processed. To ensure your refund, please make sure the products are returned in the state they were received. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Take photos of the issue/damage where possible and contact us at info@biomiq.com.au. Your matter will be assessed and appropriate action will be determined. Dependent on the issue identified you may be offered a refund, or replacement or exchange for another item of equal value.

 

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Please provide the following details in your email to us:

-Order number

-Customer name and address

-Product(s) to be returned and batch number where possible

-Reason for return

-Photos where applicable

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
